have angel’s eyes, yet seem to cry    

an ocean full of heartless lies            

and now the angel seems to drift       

down through the clouds and through her myths   she looks in the shattered mirror       

and wonders why she is still here      

her wings start bleeding through her lies

she knows she hurt you deep inside     you were her star that burned so bright

her star burned out, and then she died  

she made a wish and said goodbye 

to say she’s sorry after life    her halo falls; she crumbles through 

the love that once belonged to you
